Day Trip Music Festival will move into the Townsville CBD this August, dishing up nine hours of non-stop music on the banks of Ross Creek.
The Festival will see Triple J darlings Spacey Jane play North Queensland for the very first time. The Hottest 100 Finalists will lead a cracking line-up, which also includes Skegss, Vera Blue, Winston Surfshirt, Alice Ivy, Benson, CID (USA), Hood Rich, Latifa Tee and more!

Festival promoter Jake Reid from Very Casual said they were eager to build on the sell-out success of last year, by dropping the biggest line-up they’ve ever seen into the heart of Townsville city.
“This is the biggest line-up we’ve put together in the 10 years of running, so we’re very excited about it,” says Jake.
“Central Park is the perfect location for a music festival as it really captures the best of Townsville.
“We wanted to show off more of Townsville. I think the location of a festival supports the overall experience and we really wanted to showcase Townsville. What’s better than being next to Ross Creek and being able to look at Castle Hill, then walk to the city for food and accom.
Day Trip is presented by Triple J in partnership with local founders Very Casual and NQLE.
Day Trip Music Festival will be held at Central Park on 20 August 2022.
